Service Procedure

⚠ Important Note

In some cases, when performing a programming session such as: ECU programming, PATS functions, Replace ECU, Key programming,... The system may request Incode twice within the same session. For this reason, we will provide two Incodes for the same session. Please proceed slowly and carefully, and do not skip the second Incode input if the system requests it.

Step 4: Receive the Incode

Once we receive your Outcode, we will calculate and send you the correct Incode. You simply need to enter the Incode into your diagnostic software to continue the programming process.

Important Notes

  • We only provide the Incode. Our responsibility is to ensure that the Incode is genuine and correct based on the Outcode you provided.

  • The vehicle diagnosis, problem analysis, and repair decisions are your responsibility. We are not responsible for the success or failure of the programming process, nor for any issues that may occur during the programming procedure, as many external factors may affect the process.

  • With one payment, we support up to four Incode requests for the same VIN number.

  • No refunds will be issued in any case, except if the Incode we provided is incorrect.
